Refund Policy
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We offer returns and refunds on full price items. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Customer is required to email spoiltfurkids@outlook.com.au with their order number and the reason why they would like to return. Item/s must be in original condition in original packaging with tags in tact.
- In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Spoilt Fur Kids is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, or change your mind.
- Items that are in the "clearance sale" collection or marked on sale cannot be refunded but can be exchanged or a store credit can be provided.
If a customer is returning items, the customer is required to:
- Pay postage when sending the items to Spoilt Fur Kids.
- Have return approval from Spoilt Fur Kids prior to sending the item back
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges on all items.
If a customer is exchanging items, the customer is required to:
- Pay postage when sending the items to us.
- We will cover postage when sending the exchange items back to the customer from Spoilt Fur Kids.
If items are faulty we do offer exchange/return or full refund including postage (postage is not refunded if there was multiple items in the order). Items deemed faulty past 14 days of order being received the request may be denied.
RETURNING ITEMS
The items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Spoilt Fur Kids . Spoilt Fur Kids will not issue a refund to items that have been misplaced or lost in transit. We recommend keeping the tracking number.
SALE ITEMS
Please be aware, all sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for something else.
If we have made an error on your order, we will reimburse you for any return shipping costs.
We handle all returns and process refunds in accordance with Consumer Law. Our liability for our products is limited to: the supplying of the products or services to you again; the replacement of the products; or the payment of the cost of having the products or services supplied to you again.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Spoilt Fur Kids is not legally responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, injury or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our information, any products or services we offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information, materials or services on or through this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent we are unable to exclude liability; our total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from our products and website services is limited to us re-supplying the services to you, or, at our option, us refunding to you the amount you have paid us for the services to which your claim relates.
Legislation may confer certain rights, warranties and guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of the products and website services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, including but not limited to Consumer Law. At no time are these statutory rights sought to be excluded.

At Spoilt Fur Kids we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximise the services that we provide to you. Spoilt Fur Kids respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you.
RETURN SHIPPING
For all returns please contact us on spoiltfurkids@outlook.com.au with your full name, order number and pictures of the product to support your request.
SHIPPING/ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, Spoilt Fur Kids cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing and you will need to process a claim via your bank.
Spoilt Fur Kids reserves the right to change the refund policy/terms at any given time within reason.
